About Video Press ...

National distributor of health-related programs

Video Press is both a video production agency (now known as Med School Maryland Productions) and a national distributor of health-related programs. Our productions have received the highest national acclaim including an Oscar®, a Peabody, Emmy Awards and extensive recognition from health professional organizations. Our work has been commissioned and shown by HBO, HBO Family, Discovery, TLC and Discovery Health.  Recently our distribution efforts have expanded to include web-based video distribution which involves both the production of video for the web and creative approaches to website development.

Our production repertoire features not only long format documentaries but also PSAs, fundraising programs, public relations programs, tribute pieces and programs for community outreach, education, professional education and training.  In addition, we do public awareness campaigns which include video for the web and website development.  Our work is distributed nationally by cable, public television stations and the internet.
